Our sophisticated venue offers a host of amenities to elevate your experience, including 14-ft ceilings, polished hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light, two QLED TVs, Bose Premium Sound, a custom bar, and high-speed wifi. Kindly note that event bookings are not accepted through this listing. Please ensure to book adequate time for setup and breakdown within your booking hours. Extensions are possible based on space availability. Overtime is 1.5x the hourly rate. WATER We provide one bottled water per guest for all production rentals. SANDBAGS We provide 4 sandbags for all production. No Alcohol/weed consumption allowed on this listing. Our attendant will be onsite at all times, we do not host rentals that require our attendant to leave.
