General Rules
Guest will not have access to the bedroom unless they pay a additional booking fee prior to their event. Card holder will be responsible for any damages or additional charges during their stay.

- [ ] Guests are not allowed to linger outside the house after the event or during the event
- [ ] Standing on furniture is not permitted.
- [ ] Do not break any glass items.
- [ ] You must leave the premises immediately after your designated event time or face a $350 late departure fee, plus additional fees as allowed by PeerSpace per half hour.
- [ ] Linens and bedroom areas are off-limits.
- [ ] You may use two restrooms for your guests.
- [ ] Nails, screws, or tape cannot be used on the walls.
These rules are in place to ensure the safe and respectful use of the space. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in additional fees or penalties.

Health and Safety Measures
Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and tidying up the area.
Ensure the availability of a handwashing station equipped with soap, warm water, and paper towels, or provide hand sanitizer with a minimum alcohol content of 60%.
Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces accessible to guests, which may include bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
If applicable, gather and sanitize dishes, silverware, and any host-provided amenities.
Empty trash containers and replace with fresh liners as needed.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
