About the Space
Welcome to Optimum 650! This 1805 sq ft private fitness space is perfect for one on one training sessions, or workout classes. Our gym equipment includes medicine balls, dumbbells, TRX, leg extension, Vipr, battle ropes, and many more. Each room has a full wall of mirrors. You are allowed access to all of our equipment!

Ground level gym space. There is a ramp further down the strip of businesses, but not directly in front of the gym.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
The room with the sign about the door that says Private Massage" clients do not have access to.

Nothing can be removed from the building, clients are welcome to move things around. The only request is that it is put back where it was originally found!

Security cameras and recording devices
Property management has cameras that cover the entire parking lot and the property. There are no cameras inside the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
