Adjacent to the event room is a separate area ideal for food setup, storage in the fridge, and use of the microwave, ensuring seamless catering and event logistics. Nestled within the historic Moore Building on Wythe Creek Road, our event space offers guests a unique experience in the heart of Poquoson. We use industry-standard cleaning products and follow recommended sanitation protocols to disinfect all surfaces, including tables, chairs, countertops, and restroom facilities. Additionally, we pay special attention to high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and restroom fixtures. Our dedicated cleaning staff takes pride in their work and strives to exceed cleanliness standards to provide a welcoming and worry-free experience for all attendees.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
