About the Space

Our Downtown Austin historic landmark, a one-of-a-kind multi-use event space with a private courtyard is a unique historic house in East Austin featuring Faux Bois, Art Deco, and Mexican Folk Art interwoven into the architecture and design of the house. It's the one-of-a-kind event space that will have you standing out from the crowd. This unique house is featured on the National Register of Historic Places and is an Austin Landmark. Great for photo shoots, small film crews, interviews, meetings, production HQ, wind-down space, etc. The unique and beautiful Casa de Sueños is decorated with old-world antiques dating from the 1700s to the 1960s. Clients will have access to 1500 square feet of interior space and a 500-square-foot courtyard. We have a loading area accessed from the alley. This space is not soundproofed and there is street noise. We are available for scouting if you would like to come take a look.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
