All office spaces have dimmable canister lights. Office 1: One South-facing window with ample sunlight. Office 2: One window to a covered area that provides some indirect light and also an optional dutch door that opens to the North to provide views and northerly light. Office 3: No windows, but does have an optional dutch door that opens to the North to provide views and northerly light. All outdoor spaces offer fantastic sunrise and sunset views.

The offices were previously used by therapists and are well insulated and generally very quiet. There are horses and cattle on the property that do make some occasional noise.

Ground Floor

No ramps required. Equipment can be dropped off at the offices and trucks parked in a nearby parking area. French doors open for easy access with larger pieces of equipment.

Many outlets in the office space and several outdoor outlets. For larger productions, more information about location of breaker boxes, outdoor outlets, etc. will be provided on an individual basis.

Business/Liability insurance is required. No smoking on the property. Everyone visiting the property must sign a waiver. No feeding, handling, or entering any animal enclosure. No entrance to the house.

Everything in the office space can be moved. I will work with you to determine where furnishings should be moved to on an individual basis. All furniture, decorations, etc. must be returned to their original locations.
