We have massive windows throughout that flood the space with natural light and a 180-degree view of the surrounding urban landscape. Our highly versatile industrial space can transform seamlessly to accommodate your vision – it is ideal for a variety of events, including product launches, activations, pop-ups, private parties, corporate events, workshops, networking events, photo productions, and more. With advance notice, custom sets can be designed and built. The studio offers an extensive in-house prop and furniture collection, freight elevator, and loading dock. There are conference and lounge areas, four private bathrooms, and a fully-equipped studio kitchen available for food preparation. Equipment sub-rental is available upon request. 150 guests max. Standard hours are 9am - 6pm weekdays, flexible upon request. COI required for all bookings.

Our entire facility is professionally cleaned multiple times per week.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
