A custom-built bar, premium Bose sound system, two QLED TVs, lounge seating, and flexible lighting allow the venue to easily transform depending on the style of your event. Whether you’re hosting an intimate celebration or a lively social gathering, Ten32 Midtown offers a modern luxury setting in one of Manhattan’s most convenient locations. What’s Included Your booking includes full private access to the venue and the following amenities: • On-site venue manager during the event • Bose premium sound system • Two QLED TVs for presentations or visuals • Custom-built bar • Lounge seating and flexible event layout • High-speed WiFi • Beverage cooler • Mini fridge • Deep freezer capable of storing up to 80 lbs of ice • Basic cleaning after the event Hosts are welcome to bring their own food and beverages (BYOB). If you are using a bartender, they must bring their own bar tools and equipment. Please note that the venue does not provide drinking water, so we recommend including water with your event supplies. Important Booking Information • Minimum booking is 5 hours • Setup and breakdown must be included within the booked time • Additional hours may be available depending on availability If the event runs past the reserved time: • Pre-approved extensions are billed at the standard hourly rate • Unapproved overtime is billed at 1.5× the hourly rate Our onsite manager will only allow entry to the exact number of guests listed in the booking, so please ensure your final guest count is accurate prior to the event. Event Insurance Requirement For events serving alcohol, event / liquor liability insurance is required. We provide a simple purchase link through Event Helper with the venue information pre-filled. Most policies cost around $100 and can be completed within minutes. Decorations & Venue Policies Decorations are welcome with the following guidelines: • Only paint-safe tape may be used on walls • Nails, screws, glue, confetti, glitter, and permanent adhesives are not permitted Clients are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by decorations or event materials. All decorations must be removed before the end of the booking time. Building Access The venue is located on the second floor (two short flights of stairs). • Passenger elevator access is available until 8 PM Monday–Saturday • On Sundays the passenger elevator is closed After these hours, guests may access the venue via the stairs. For load-in and load-out, a freight elevator is available 24/7 and can be used for equipment, catering, decorations, and event supplies. Our venue manager will assist with freight elevator access if needed. Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
