About the Space
Enjoy a 12-person boardroom-style room equipped with HDMI and Apple airplay for presentations. Make conference calls on the phone included in the room. Zoom-equipped, and Owl camera for multiple attendees. Free guest wifi and complimentary beverages include hot and cold coffee, sparkling water, and soda. Ample parking in open lots, handicapped spots available. 30 minute parking available for unloading supplies in front.
General Rules
-No smoking in the building or center
-No pets except certified service animals with certification
-Outside catering welcome
-No alcohol allowed
-Kids are allowed only if staying with a guardian at all times

Security cameras in both building and center. Cameras are 24/7. No cameras in restrooms.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Building and center are professionally cleaned nightly. Staff does intermittent cleaning through the day.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
