Natural light-filled with option to close blackout curtains. Space has large open presentation area that will accommodate up to 20 participants with AirPlay AV projector and large screen/wall with adjacent breakout lounging areas. Kitchenette and ADA bathroom on-site. Mezzanine offices and extra long work desk as well as outside deck available upon request for additional fee. Building features coffee shop, chocolate shop, and poke bowl place steps away from front door. Centrally located minutes from anywhere in Nashville, this space can be your home base for a day, week or month!

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Surpassed expectations. We hosted ~12 people for two days of workshops and planning. The space was well-equipped and beautiful. The on-site support was helpful for a few small questions (working the projector, etc.) but overall it was intuitive and very user-friendly. We loved ending the day with sunset on the patio upstairs. Would book again when needs arise!
