Location is Available 24/7 < Fees can't be negotiated out, as its there to protect both parties There's different prices associated with events vs productions vs meetings, as we have to close the store down and stop doing business as our customers wont get in the way etc... Wi-Fi CODE is : bestcoffee router is in back room next to big fridge... Even more we have hosted movie and photo shoot, video shoot, party, meetings, workshop, baby shower Fire Code says MAXIMUM IS 60 INDOORS The store is available for rental any time of the day - this reflects on the pricing. Store is closed on Google for summer , with lower prices ..we’re open exclusively for Peerspace !

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
