A large living room with stone fireplace, HDTV and soft lighting will entice you to gather around the sectional sofa for an evening of fun and memory- making. The kitchen is perfect for the gourmet, with its high-end appliances and abundant cabinet and counter space for creating culinary perfection. General Rules
Welcome to our home! We kindly ask that all guests adhere to our house rules during their stay.
Respect the Space: Treat our space with the same care and respect you would your own. Please avoid any damage to property, equipment, or furnishings.
No Smoking: For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available if needed.
Mind the Noise: Let's keep noise levels reasonable, especially during quiet hours to respect our neighbors and fellow occupants.
Capacity Limits: Be mindful of the maximum capacity of our space to ensure everyone's safety and comfort. Please adhere to these limits at all times.
Cleanliness Matters: We appreciate guests who clean up after themselves. Kindly leave the space in the same condition as you found it. A cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess.
BYOB? Check with Us: If you plan to bring alcohol, make sure to check with us first. We have guidelines in place to ensure responsible drinking and compliance with local regulations.

Sanitization: In addition to regular cleaning, we use disinfectants to sanitize surfaces and eliminate germs and bacteria. This extra step helps us maintain a clean and hygienic environment for everyone.
Attention to Detail: Our cleaning team is trained to pay attention to detail, ensuring that every corner of the space is clean and presentable. We want you to feel comfortable and confident in the cleanliness of our venue.
Cleaning Supplies Available: We provide cleaning supplies for your convenience during your event. If you need to clean up any spills or messes during your stay, you'll find everything you need readily available.
Post-Event Cleanup: After your event, our team will conduct a thorough post-event cleanup to ensure that the space is left in the same condition as you found it. This includes removing any trash or debris and restoring the space to its original state.
Feedback Welcome: We value your feedback! If you have any specific cleaning preferences or additional cleaning measures you'd like us to take, please let us know. We're always open to suggestions for improving our cleaning process.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
