About the Space
The Midtown Flexible Studio Space is a well-lit medium sized studio accommodating workshops, group therapy, small classes, wellness, treatment, and more. Conveniently situated in midtown Manhattan, we are located just southeast of Penn Station and are accessible by the 1, 2, 3, A, C, E, N, Q, R, W, B, D, F, M subway lines. The space is 262 sq ft equipped with ADA compliant elevator access, three restrooms, lobby area, and a small kitchen. On site we have chairs, tables, massage tables, projector & screen, and AV equiptment. Additional rooms are available on site to support your event. SPACE DETAILS + FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY: • Space Rules: No loud music, Smoking is not allowed, Confetti is not allowed, No open flames. • Music Rules: Amplified music is allowed at a moderate volume. DJ is not allowed. If you plan to bring your own speaker setup, please confirm with our team first. • Alcohol is permitted as long as everyone is over 21. • Outside food is allowed • Kitchenette • Food should be prepared prior to booking. No cooking abilities onsite.

Health and Safety Measures
All spaces and common areas are cleaned throughout the day. Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer are located in all of our rooms, available for renters to use. We encourage all renters to wash their hands as soon as they enter our space.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
