Designed specifically for photoshoots, so every background, corner and setting looks beautiful in your photos and videos. The space includes designer furniture in every room, wood floors, and beautiful natural light coming in all day thanks to windows facing virtually every direction. ** The Bedrooms ** - There are two bedroom sets, one with a king bed and french doors that open to the completely private backyard with zero visibility from neighbors. Perfect for boudoir shoots. The second bedroom gets afternoon light that dreams are made of, with a queen bed and unique furniture sets. ** The Living Room ** - With huge windows facing South West, South East, and North East, you’ll have great light no matter what time of day your session is. The bungalow-style design offers a seamless flow of space, with three distinct areas thoughtfully arranged in a linear layout spanning 46’, each with its own unique character. First the living room includes a modern leather couch, fireplace and Bali style chairs. The daybed room has light drenching through it with two massive 6’ tall windows, a daybed and unique shelving with old cameras, books, plants, candles and knick knacks collected over the years. And the third is the modern kitchen that has accordion doors that open 9’ wide to let in more sunlight and connect the deck and backyard to the house. ** The Backyard ** - Straight out of a Bali villa, you’ll enjoy the lush greenery of Birds of Paradise, Baby Queen Palms, an entire wall of green foliage and 15 foot bamboo along the tall dark wood fence around the side of the house. There a cute fire pit corner with outdoor sofas and complimented stamped concrete that is straight out of an Outdoor Living magazine. And the crown jewel is the outdoor shower with hot water surrounded by dark wood, bougainvillea, a lime tree and some greenery overhead. The photos here are to die for! ** The Bathroom ** - Large mirror, an oversized tub, beautiful tiles and big enough for a talent to comfortably hang clothes, change and touch up between looks. Free street parking with no time limits or fancy permits needed. ** ABOUT ME ** The homeowner, Michael, is a professional boudoir photographer and YouTuber who has used this space for countless photoshoots and video projects. He designed it to feel like Bali in LA, where every corner is detailed, and beautiful and can be used to create images without worrying what is in the background. Clients feel very safe and private here. It's been used for boudoir shoots, swimsuit photoshoots, and marketing shoots for product companies.
