About the Space
We offer 1800sf of open space for family reunions, small/medium weddings, graduations, bridal showers, baby showers, going-away parties, holiday celebrations, retreats, birthdays, corporate events, Quinceanera's and ladies weekend. This venue has a full kitchen and 1/2 bath inside. All barrel tables are on rollers and can be moved to open up space for a dance floor or more tables. Private property and private parties only so your party will have property to roam on. Large pond and friendly cows to greet you. There is a 1450sf ranch house onsite for separate rental.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
