About the Space
Already furnished with beautiful hardwood floors. Great for baby showers, small birthday parties, business and casual events, or presentations (two 70-inch TVs). Also very nice for photo shoots and music videos. I just had a photo shoot here and the natural sunlight that comes in made them come out very clean! Comfortable for about 50 guests.

Parking description
There is a garage parking lot next street over that charges $2 a day or you can park on the street for 1-2 hours on the weekday and all day on the weekends. There is also a shopping plaza parking nearby as well.
General Rules
No Smoking in the building. No horseplay. Please respect the space and leave everything as you find it. I will be available whenever you need me.

Front door by the bell, hallways and the elevator has cameras on but that is all.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Although we have a cleaning lady that cleans everyday and we do our part in between bookings, we still expect you to be respectful and take any major belongings with you and trash. This helps us all keep this space clean and available for everyone at the appropriate times.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

- Hand Sanitizer
