About the Space
Bridal showers/ baby showers/ the home (1700 sf)is a vacation rental can also be used as indoor space for bridal showers etc smaller groups of 25 or less. The venue field is large. 80 ft by 180 ft up to 100 people. (up to 250 upon special request. additional tables and chairs would need to be provided) Outdoor. No tent at this time but tents may be put up. Beautifully landscaped large rectangular space with Mountain View and country setting with Italian style gardens. We have Water features in the field. Light electricity handles iPad music and dj with speakers. Must bring your own. Can be used for weddings but wedding pricing is different than event pricing listed here. This listing is for corporate events and meetings or bridal showers, etc. please inquire with other so we can make sure we are adequately outfitted for you.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We use commercial cleaning products that were put in place during Covid 19 and clean the inside houses too to bottom. We have super host status on our other 2 booking platforms and follow an extensive cleaning checklist. Your health and safety is priority to us and as hosts, we ourselves enjoy beautiful atmospheres and clean spaces and we carry that on in our hosting of others.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
