This home evokes a sense of urban industrial aesthetic with a touch of mystery and sophistication, with touches of black elegance and interior brick walls, lots of plants and a cozy fireplace. Daniela is an interior designer so no detail is left out. Soon The backyard will be a great space to rent as well. New to Peerspace but every place she's every owned has been used for hundreds of photo shoots. Fairly new to California and excited to partner up with PeerSpace.

Space is clean, organized, neat and immaculate at all times. throughly cleaned and disinfected in between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
