Our home features a stunning kitchen with an open floor plan, seamlessly connected to the main living area and leading out to a versatile backyard. We also offer our backyard for filming or it can be used as equipment staging/crew hangout area. ** Bedrooms and a second bathroom are not included in the rental of the home. however, the garage or the studio on the second floor can be used for hair and make-up or cast cast-holding areas. Perfect for a diverse range of productions, our location is ideal for commercial shoots, corporate videos, cooking shows, indie films, interviews, photoshoots, student films, and beyond! *For crews over 15, we do require a Portable Toilet to be rented for a second bathroom

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
