The first floor is semi-open concept with a living room, dining room, lounge with 15 feet ceilings, 2 bathrooms, mudroom, showstopper kitchen, and laundry room. The basement is not finished but has a unique setup with a stage (great for karaoke), foosball, darts, ring toss, and a ping pong table. The basement is the ideal setting to unwind and bond as a team after the meeting. The outside is stunning with a courtyard and whimsical backyard that has a pergola covered in wisteria. There is also a weeping willow tree and swings that guests can utilize! The backyard can be setup for team bonding purposes too (cornhole, giant connect4, giant Jenga, etc.). The second floor will only be available upon special request. In addition to space rental, we offer design and event coordination.
