About the Space

Perfect for movie sets, photo shoots, red carpet events, and commercials! This residence has previously been used for movies and commercials, so the owners have extensive experience with film crews being in the home. The house is unique with a beautiful artistic vibe throughout the space. The first floor is semi-open concept with a living room, dining room, lounge with 15 feet ceilings, 2 bathrooms, mudroom, showstopper kitchen, and laundry room. The upstairs has a guest room, two offices (one is a holistic space), guest bathroom, large main bedroom with balcony and fireplace and a bathroom that looks like something straight out of Bali. The basement is not finished but has a unique setup with a stage (great for karaoke), foosball, darts, ring toss, and a ping pong table. The outside is stunning with a courtyard and whimsical backyard that has a pergola covered in wisteria. There is also a weeping willow tree and swings that guests can utilize! The backyard can be setup with cornhole, giant connect4, giant Jenga, etc. In addition to space rental, we offer design and event coordination.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
