Beautiful Country Ranch home on 5 extremely private acres. Massive vaulted living room and river rock fireplace. Main house has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with 3 being master suites. Guest house has additional 2 Bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The dream backyard has a 50,000 Gallon resort style pool with waterfalls, slide, swim up bar and Multiple commercial BBQ stations. Equestrian property with chickens, ducks, beehives, mountain trails all around, designated production parking for approximately 50-60 vehicles. Easy access to/from 14 freeway, Sand Canyon.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
