About the Space

This studio was created with the creative in mind. Built specifically for full production, vocal tracking, and mixing & mastering, our space can be utilized for virtually any project. We are situated in a safe, private area best suited for musicians, artists, podcasters, and photographers. We even have flex space for workshops and intimate event hosting. Our studios were recently completed in 2024 with 2 full studios professionally treated for recording music and 2 professionally treated podcast studios with gear included but not limited to: • StudioLive 32Sx Board • AKG and Audio Technica Mics • Avalon Vacuum Tube • 2 Blackmagic Design Studio Cameras 4K Plus G2 • Blackmagic Design Micro Studio Camera 4K G2 • Canon EOS R7 Mirrorless Camera • Rodecaster Pro • Adobe Premiere Pro • and much more *Camera Rental and Video Editing are not included in space rental. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
