About the Space
Hello! We have a conference in our office that is available to rent either hourly/daily or long-term. A large space to gather with a group that isn't a long lease or high rent! The conference room includes a 6'x3' table, 7 office chairs, a TV and monitor hookup cable, cabinets, and countertops, and a window with a view. Office rental comes with the use of the kitchen with unlimited drinks and snacks. We also have two printers, one black and white and one colored for renters' use and included in your rental price. The room is located on the second floor of the building. It is a secure building on nights and weekends. Room is 11'5" x 7'5"

The office is cleaned after each guest and all of the shared space is cleaned on a daily basis.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
