A flexible photography studio in downtown Lexington, KY. This space is a moody, photography studio great for: - content creation - portrait sessions - boudoir sessions - headshots - events - product photography The studio comes equipped with internet, c-stands, and different sets & backdrops. This is a historic property with lots of charm! Notes: Additional props, backdrops, and equipment are available to rent upon request. Tub does not have running water. HOST WILL STAY DURING RENTAL HOURS IN THE OFFICE. WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY PORNOGRAPHIC FILMING OR EROTICA TYPE SESSIONS IN THE SPACE. IMPLIED/ NUDITY DURING BOUDOIR SESSIONS IS ALLOWED.
