Courtney Rose Studios is a flexible photography and creative space located in the heart of Downtown Lexington, KY. Known for its high ceilings, moody aesthetic, and abundant natural light, this studio offers a uniquely versatile environment that’s perfect for any creative vision. Ideal for: • Content creation & branding shoots • Portrait & headshot sessions • Boudoir photography • Editorial & product shoots • Small events, workshops, and creative meetups The studio features a mix of historic charm and modern flexibility, equipped with reliable Wi-Fi, c-stands, and a variety of sets and backdrops to fit your concept. Additional props, lighting, and gear are available for rent upon request. (Please note: the clawfoot tub is for aesthetic use only and does not have running water.) Lighting: The studio offers a beautiful balance of natural light throughout the day, with the option to control mood and tone using blackout curtains, artificial lighting setups, and adjustable fixtures. Please note: The host will remain on-site in back office during rental hours. While implied or artistic nudity for boudoir sessions is allowed, pornographic or explicit erotica content is not permitted in the space.
