Located at 2221 W. Olive Avenue in Burbank, Our Urban Coffee Bar and Bakery is close to 3 Studios. is close to Disney, WB, and Universal. The stretch of Olive where it is located has double-wide sidewalks and lots of street parking. There is table seating outside and bar seating inside. The display cases are normally filled with French pastries but could be changed to accommodate filming. The fully functioning coffee bar has a beautiful La Marzocco espresso machine.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
