Rustic Loft Studio in an industrial area. Idea Studio for filming and photoshoots. Unique space with high ceilings and lots of natural lighting. The main studio is on the second floor with a flight of low-rise stairs. Floor-to-ceiling rustic custom mirrors, blackout curtains. There is a small kitchen downstairs with a prep area. Two bathrooms downstairs. *Refundable $ 500 Security/ Damage deposit collected by the venue.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
