About the Space
* I DO OFFER FULL DAY RATES, MESSAGE ME FOR MORE INFO* - Cozy English country cottage inspired home. - Located in a quiet neighborhood just outside of Nashville. - Great for content, photo shoots, brand shoots, and video shoots. - Full working kitchen & bathroom that you are more than welcome to use. - 1 bed/1 bath apartment located on the lower level of my home. - Large yard for use as well with patio table/umbrella, fire pit, and tree swing. - White walls throughout the space. - Pretty pink bathroom. - The space has great natural lighting throughout the entire day. You will have the entire space to yourself but please be mindful of the neighbors & I work from home on the upper level of the home as well. Feel free to shoot wherever you’d like on the property. Plenty of parking, just please don’t block cars in the driveway. You can park on the street just leave plenty of room for cars to pass. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

Jensen was a fabulous host and the cottage was perfect for our tea party themed photo shoot. The space was lovely, sparkling clean and decorated lovingly. Certainly a treat! 10/10 would recommend!
