About the Space

2,045 sq ft open-plan studio suitable for all forms of content creation or rehearsals measuring 10m x 20m x 8m high. Full blackout and lined with black woollen drapes, the studio is equipped with comprehensive lighting and camera packages. We house both studio strobes (Bowens) and continuous lighting options from ETC and Aputure. 300 Amps of 3 phase power from renewable energy is available along with a kitchen and green room space for working and planning. An additional 1000 sq ft. Green Room is upstairs for dining, working, DIT, hair and make-up. Local crew can be provided to assist and they include; sound recordist, camera operator, lighting technicians and camera assistants. Set building can be arranged in advance. Studio is ideal for blue or green screen work, or virtual production for both film and stills shoots. Additionally the space is ideal for rehearsals of theatre and music productions.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
