About the Space
Wow! We have three event rooms that can be used separately or merged into one gigantic space. The meeting rooms are ultra modern and come with the capability to hold video conferencing or broadcast throughout the four enormous screens in the rooms. There are plenty of desks and chairs to accommodate up to 150 people. There is a kitchen and buffet station just outside the room if you would like to serve food and large bathrooms just past that. There is an outdoor park with waterfall just outside the meeting areas which can be used in addition to the meeting rooms. This space is inside a medical building and is cleaned daily by a housekeeping service. If you are renting the space, you will need to clean up after the event. The event space will be inspected after the event to ensure it is clean and in the condition, it was prior to the event.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
