About the Space

We aim to create and provide a conducive meeting/training environment. This includes the provision of modern training/meeting spaces equipped with cutting-edge audio-visual equipment, ergonomic furniture, and collaborative tools. The design emphasizes flexibility to accommodate various training/meeting formats and ensures a comfortable setting for both trainers and participants. Overview: The facilities consist of a training room fully equipped with chairs and desks. Training Room is over 3800 sq. ft with a testing area, lounge area and training area that can accommodate up-to 30 students. Small meetings accommodation up-to 40 people seated. Logistics: Our facilities are located within the city limits of Hyattsville, an urban suburb of the Washington, D.C Metropolitan Area. The Metro Center 3 building is minutes away from the College Park Marriott Hotel & Conference Center; University of Maryland College Park (UMD), University of Maryland Global College (UMGC) and has covered garage parking. We are centrally located literally steps away from the Mall of Prince Georges, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The facility is also exactly 0.5 miles walking distance to Hyattsville Crossing Metro Station on the Green Line. The station is located at the southwest corner of the East-West Highway (Maryland Route 410) and Belcrest Road intersection. The Hyattsville Crossing Metro Station also offers Metro Bus, The Bus, and University of Maryland Shuttle Bus connections. Networking Infrastructure: The facilities have a network infrastructure that consists of high-speed/high-performance Wi-Fi internet connection to support online training resources and activities. Our Plan offers: • Up to 1250 Mbps downloads/35 Mbps uploads. • Supports unlimited devices. Equipment: Each training room has high-quality large projectors/smart boards, Smart TV displays, and audio-visual equipment aids in delivering engaging presentations, demonstrations, and interactive sessions, making it easier for participants to comprehend and retain information. Our facilities offer the following equipment for use: • Interactive smart displays/smart boards for hands-on interaction. • Wireless microphones, speakers, and sound systems to ensure students can hear instructions clearly. • Conference Room speaker phone upon request. • Whiteboards, markers, erasers, and flipchart paper for interactive discussions and visual explanations and illustrations. • Access to commercial printer/scanner for documentation and practical exercises to ensure easy printing of certain course materials during training. • Collaboration software/video streaming conferencing tools for communication, project work, and team collaboration. • Remote control 360-Degree Web Camera – ceiling mounted. • Power strips and charging stations to accommodate electronic devices.

We prioritize cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all our guests. Our cleaning process is thorough and follows strict protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout our meeting and training spaces. Here's an overview of our cleaning procedures: Regular Cleaning Schedule: Our meeting and training spaces are cleaned regularly according to a predefined schedule. This includes daily cleaning as well as periodic deep cleaning sessions. Cleaning Products and Equipment: We use industry-standard cleaning products and equipment that are effective against a wide range of germs and bacteria. All cleaning products are selected to be environmentally friendly and safe for use in indoor environments. All surfaces within the meeting and training spaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each use. This includes tables, chairs, countertops, door handles, light switches, and any other high-touch surfaces. Floors are vacuumed and mopped regularly to remove dust, dirt, and debris. Carpeted areas are also steam cleaned periodically to maintain freshness and cleanliness. Waste bins are emptied and liners replaced as needed. Proper disposal procedures are followed to ensure the safe and hygienic handling of waste materials. Air purifiers may be used to further improve air quality, especially in enclosed spaces.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
