About the Space
To say this is a hidden gem is a major understatement. It is a total vibe in between 10th & Howell Mill and Northside Drive. It is cozy, homie and exclusive. There are 2 large conference rooms that will do well as intimate private events, gallery, pop ups, birthday parties, album launch, podcasts etc. We also have a fully functioning studio and recording booth large enough for 5-10 people. There is a podcast nook, a reception area and a full kitchen that can double as a buffet or bar for events. Finally there is a bathroom with a shower and washer and dryer. We will be getting pullout beds, so please bring your air mattresses if you are staying over night. You can walk to plenty cool venues and food spots. Seconds to GA Tech.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space would be perfect for an album release/listening party for a small guest list as there was a kitchen with a bar set up and an open main area in addition to the studio spaced we used for our shoot.

It was perfect for hosting a large group of people, and everyone had plenty of room to move around and socialize. Kandis, was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer my questions and make sure that everything went smoothly. She was also very accommodating and was able to make some modifications to the space to better meet my needs. Overall, I had a great experience renting this space, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a venue for their next event. Kandis is a wonderful landlord, and the space itself is beautiful and well-maintained. I will definitely be renting this space again in the future.
