Food and catering are allowed, but food trucks and carts are not permitted. Alcohol is allowed (beer, seltzers, wine, champagne), however, if you wish to have liquor (vodka, tequila, whiskey, etc.) it must be served by a licensed bartender. We do not allow live music or DJs, but you’re welcome to bring a small portable speaker! We do not allow glitter, confetti, or anything to be put into the walls. Furniture movement is ok but you are responsible for any potential damages and it must be returned after your event. Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets as you enter and exit the building. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All guest hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. We are so happy to have you!
