About the Space
Our bright, natural light, studio space offers clean, bright vibes and is the perfect place for your next photo or video shoot! Our versatile facility serves as the ideal studio for branding, family, fashion, editorial, product, advertising, or video productions. With windows on three sides of our space, natural light abounds! Our historic warehouse building was once an elevator manufactuing building that was built in 1908. Located in the heart of the bustling North Loop district in Minneapolis, restaurants, bars, shopping and hotels are all within walking distance, perfect for out of town meetings and/or guests. Note: the studio is not available to rent for mini sessions.

Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

Meghans space is gorgeous, easy to access in the building. Clients had no problem obtaining parking in the attached lot. There were also plenty of spaces on the street. The studio had gorgeous natural light and was perfect for capturing family with little ones.

Always fabulous to use Meghan’s studio space. Her whole team was helpful, communicative, and accommodating. This space is great for natural light due to the many windows. Lots of props easily available.

Was a great space for the photos we needed. Central location, easy to get to and find the space. Received all the important details ahead of time and host responded promptly with any messages we sent. Would definitely recommend this spot and use it again for any future photo needs.

The location was semi-easy to find. The studio was neat and clean. If anything the kiddos left minor crumbs and I haven't been charged yet so everything is good. Megan was accessible when called. Overall it was a good experience.
