Guests can park in the Prudential Center garage for the daily garage rate or utilize street parking in surrounding areas.

SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. NO SMOKING Our spaces are all smoke-free. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Set-up and teardown time should be factored into booking hours. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be completely removed. If space is not restored to the original condition, an additional cleaning fee and/or any damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. Alcohol is not permitted in the space. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. No banners, marketing messages or signage may be posted. Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance. Event Insurance can be purchased by visiting www.theeventhelper.com. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to approve your event.
