Back Alley Basement Oasis
About the Space
The space is literally in the basement of a back alley, but don't let that fool you. The unit is extremely well-lit with 3000K LEDs throughout and has 9ft ceilings that create a soothing oasis where you'd least expect it. The location is directly in the heart of Wicker Park, just south of Division, with easy free parking along both sides of the building on Wood or Haddon Streets. The space features small north-facing windows and natural, Japandi decor. I'm mainly testing this subterranean space to host film and photography shoots during the daytime. I'll be adding a dining area space shortly too!

The space is cleaned thoroughly between my use of it and between space bookings. We used Lysol disinfectant primarily and fresh air is pumped into the space via an air exchanger.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
