About the Space
Located on the 3rd floor of the Paradigm Arts Building is a 1200 sq. ft. event space with large windows facing east and west, allowing natural light throughout the space. The main room has whitewashed natural wood floors with an exposed brick wall stretching throughout, including two single-occupancy bathrooms. Off to the side is an enclosed hallway perfect for storage or preparing a meal. We have plastic tables, chairs, and large wooden tables in our add-ons so we can accommodate all of your event needs.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This space was absolutely beautiful for a surprise birthday dinner . Sara and the entire staff were extremely helpful in the entire process of planning to the day of with set up. I would absolutely book again! The night was wonderful. Thank you , Paradigm!

Olde City Gallery was exactly as advertised. Great location, great everything. The artwork displayed was just enough to leave a lasting impression on my guest. Sara, the host was AMAZING! Every question and or concern was met with exceptional customer service and attentiveness. I was indecisive on the time allotted for booking however, Sara made the time change quick and easy. I would most certainly book again if ever had as a guest .
