Mountain Top Event Center and Bar/Restaurant

20 Acre property just above Palm Desert on CA Highway 74. It is at the top one of the most famous driving stretches of the Pines to Palms Highway. It is 16 minutes from Palm Desert and 25 minutes from Idylwild. The ranch is at 4020 ft above sea level, halfway up Mount Santa Rosa which rises to 8070 ft. As such it is generally 18-25 degrees cooler than the desert below and the views are incredible. Many car commercial are shot here and many car clubs use the highway for meet-ups and Poker runs. There is a full Restaurant on the property complete with propane grille and griddle, sandwich station, commercial coffee, soda fountain, bar with Keg coolers, Ice machine, 6 Burner Commercial Viking propane Stove and 8 shelf South Bend Convection Oven. Multiple commercial freezers and refrigerators. The restaurant can feature a full bar. It can be set-up with sofa's or in more of a standard dining room configuration. The historic cafe building is 3200 sqft with a 1500 sqft outdoor patio with elevated stage. The parking lots/outdoor Event spaces are 9,000, 8,600, and 5,000 sqft. Outside on the patio there is a propane fire pit, overhead lighting and different seating arrangements can configured, be it dining tables and dancefloor. We have a full PA system and Mixing board for live music with (2) 1500w what Towers and a 4,000w sub and a few extra monitors.
