About the Space
Professional studio. Large/Small-scale photo or video shoots are welcome. White cyc 80'W x 24"H x 65" D surrounded by 25' H black duvetene curtain. Food shoot ready kitchen. 1st floor seating area, open to cyc. Loft area with multiple seating areas and conference room. A professional Certificate of Insurance must be provided. Make-up room, green room, and wardrobe room onsite.

General Rules
No smoking, no alcohol, no drugs, no nudity. No bringing in your own photo or video equipment. Photo and video equipment must be rented through our in-house partner. M-F 8 am -5 pm only.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras inside studio and out; will be off when filming is taking place. No cameras in dressing areas or bathrooms
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Studio and studio spaces are properly cleaned. Cyc is not painted between bookings
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
