This space can easily be transformed to fit your vision whether that be podcasts, work out/dance videos, film shoot/photos shoots, used as a magical space, cooking videos, period pieces, the possibilities are limitless! The fitness pole can be easily removed upon request as well. Its located in central Hollywood (a 10 min walk from Hollywood Blvd. ) in a nice, quiet area and ample free street parking. There is AC. Pictures and access and to the bedroom is available upon request :)

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
