About the Space

White, blank rehearsal space room is available for various uses, full of daylight, but can be fully blacked out too-making it ideal for music and dance rehearsals. The room includes access to toilets and a kitchen, offering convenience for your activities. We welcome bookings for both daytime and evening slots. This versatile space is part of a larger venue and can be rented individually or in conjunction with other areas. Additionally, free private parking is available on-site, and it's easily accessible from Bromley by Bow station.

  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
