Home studio of record label executive credited on several multi-platinum records. Comes with engineer or without. Feel free to bring your own equipment, engineer, etc. You will have access to Pro Tools and FL Studio. I can run the session for you if needed. It will only be recording/tracking. Mixing & Mastering is a separate fee. If you have an engineer, they are more than welcome to mix & master there. Refrigerator, PS5, Mini Basketball Hoop, etc. in the space. Insane rooftop with view also available for use & smoke breaks.

You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself. Any trash, etc. will need to go in the bin so that it can be taken out after your booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
