About the Space
Stunning, air conditioned loft makes the perfect backdrop for your photo or video shoot. The light and airy loft space is decorated with a curated selection of vintage and designer furniture, which adds to the charm and scope of what you can create. The tall ceilings and two walls full of windows fill the space with beautiful natural light, but if you prefer diffusing the light, they all have curtains. We look forward to having you. *NOW OFFERING A 12ft WIDE CYC WALL ON WHEELS WITH A PLAIN WHITE WALL ON THE BACK* Included Furniture: -Black Marble dining table (seats 4-6). -Black Leather Bellini sectional sofa. -Amber and chrome vintage coffee table. -Black marble coffee table and 4 silver chairs. -Black Leather Wassily chair. -Black Leather LC4 Lounge Chair. -Variety of designer chairs in cream, black, chrome. -Glam station and director’s chair. -Screen for private dressing area. -Drinks fridge. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. If you need the cyc wall to be perfect and painted, I need at least 24hrs notice and it’s a flat $60 charge. Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

This space was absolutely perfect - the lighting, the furniture, the industrial look (not to mention, the steamer). It was the best place to shoot a pregnancy announcement. David was an incredible host and provided very detailed instructions. I would 100% re-book this studio.

this studio is one of the best around. Lots of space for different looks. Most places Charge a fee to even have beverage’s in the studio this place does not . Will book again
