Our light & airy fully furnished family home has tons of natural light, a flow-through concept, a fire pit, and a hot tub! Our multi-use backyard can be opened up and sectioned off with our green turf gates to allow for various uses (see pics) Front and back yards avail for the crew to relax and hang out or walk to the beach on a break 3 upgraded bathrooms, A/C, and mini-splits in each bedroom and fans. Fully stocked kitchen. Our lovely breezy home has a unique twist: The main house includes 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Sofabed & 2 bathrooms, while the detached cozy studio suite in the back boasts high ceilings, a kitchenette, a Murphy queen bed, and a bathroom.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
