About the Space
We're a design studio with a boutique area in the front and a large open workshop space and entertaining island. You'll have access to three large sturdy wooden tables plus an oversize marble bar/island, plenty of seating, and a photography area with natural and artificial lights available (great for an event photo booth!). You will fall in love with the lofty 14 foot high ceilings, and stunning oversized arched windows, original to this historic mill building! Coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave, and limited plates and utensils are available. The space is stylish and full of charm - we're adding pretty new decor every day. We are plant lovers and always keep some live pants and fresh flower bouquets around the space. This space is ideal for: - Workshops - Meetings - Photoshoots - Baby Showers - Art Classes We make candles here so the space always smells nice, and there's plenty of ventilation here as well. We look forward to speaking with you about your creative concept or event idea, and helping you bring it to life in our space! Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
