General Rules
The property strictly prohibits smoking, vaping, or any illicit drug use, as well as loud music after 8 PM. Firearms, weapons, and illegal activities are not permitted on-site to maintain a clean and peaceful environment for guests. Open flames, including candles, are also prohibited inside and outside the home. Prefer that no shoes be worn indoors to uphold a clean and toxin-free environment. Additional fees may apply for extra cleaning to eliminate smoke or pet odors, remove residue, and address any damages to restore the property to its original condition.

Professional cleaning is conducted between events to ensure the air, surfaces, and space remain clean and free from toxins. Smoking and illicit drug use are strictly prohibited.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
