Unless you utilize our white glove cleaning add on, you will be responsible for cleaning up and resetting the rental spaces at the end of the contracted event date(s), including: Take out what you bring in Clean spills Sweep Mop IF there are any spills (swiffer Wetjet) Empty trash & recycling Reset theater & furniture (multi-day events can leave chairs up during show days but put away for dark days) Store tables (multi-day events can leave their lounge tables or chairs up during show days but put away for dark days) Note: If you have a multi-day event then you may be able to leave some of the venue set up for your show, per written approval. Confetti and glitter is strictly forbidden in the venue!
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
