About the Space
Beautifully designed conference room with an HD TV that easily connects to any laptop. The space contains a conference table that can seat up to 6 people. This space is perfect for small meetings, conferences, workshops, DIY events, etc. If you have another use for the space, please reach out to us and we will let you know if we can accommodate you. There will be a staff member present during your stay.

Ample free parking in the office parking lot. Do not park in any of the reserved spaces.
General Rules
General Rules
- All attendees must be 18 years old +.
- You may check in 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
- Please ring the doorbell upon your arrival.
- Clean and sanitize the space after each use. Failure to leave space at the level of cleanliness you found will result in loss of deposit and being banned.
- Please leave the room how you found it and dispose of all trash in the trash bin in the kitchen.
- No loud music or phone calls.

Security cameras and recording devices
Cameras are located at the front door and in the hallway.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Sweep and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

- Hand Sanitizer
