The main dining room doubles as an executive boardroom, perfect for your next meeting. We also feature four breakout areas. Our executive resort style property is located on Gull River in Kawartha Lakes (Norland) Ontario, sitting on just over 2 acres of luxury. This private executive residence sleeps 10 people, across four in-house bedrooms plus one bunkie. From the moment you arrive, you know your stay with us will be top star rated. There are three in-house fireplaces, plus a large 10 seat outdoor fire-pit, 8 person outdoor hot tub, indoor Jacuzzi tub, outdoor wood burning pizza oven, 6 seat theatre and more! Day events support up to 20 guests. Overnight events support up to 10 guests.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
