Should you prefer to rent the space for less time, the rate is $85 per hour with a 4 hour minimum. Our vibrant and intimate multipurpose space is perfect for your next event! Located in the heart of Beverly with convenient street parking, our space is the perfect canvas for creating unforgettable private events such as retail pops, paint, and sips, game nights, meetings, podcasts, baby shower/gender reveals, photo shoots, and more! The 650q ft space offers an open floor plan that caters to all your creative pursuits! This space is adorned with beautiful lighting that can be adjusted to create the mood most suitable for your event, hardwood floors, and a vibrant flower/greenery wall perfect for backdrops. For added convenience, we provide a unisex bathroom, a 65-inch TV that can be used for videos, photos, and presentations, blue tooth speakers, free WIFI, and 4 standard rectangle tables and 25 folding chairs available for use at no additional charge. All bookings are for the day and not per hour. This to allow time for thorough cleaning between bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
